Volunteers are the heart and soul of Silver Harbour Centre.
We rely on hundreds of volunteers every year, who contribute
50,000 hours to help us run 70 different activities.
We like our volunteers to make a 3 to 6 month commitment to
working at Silver Harbour, preferably on a weekly basis.
Volunteers participate in every aspect of running our
Seniors Centre, including:
Bus Drivers
Food Service
Program Instructors
Special Event Helpers
Artists and Crafters
Sales Assistants in the Boutique and Clothes Closet
Maintenance
And numerous other positions, from serving on our
board of directors to working in the garden.
Whatever your interest or field of expertise, we’d like to find the
